Dr Tom Gentles (MBChB, DCH, FRACP, FCSANZ)
Tom Gentles trained in Paediatrics in Auckland, and in Cardiology at Green Lane Hospital. He completed a Paediatric Cardiology fellowship at Children's Hospital, Boston, and Harvard Medical School. Tom was awarded a Senior Fellowship from the National Heart Foundation of New Zealand in 1994, and now works as a Consultant Paediatric Cardiologist and Director of the Green Lane Paediatric and Congenital Cardiac Service at Starship Children's Hospital, and part-time at KIDSHEARTZ with the Auckland Heart Group.
Dr Ross Nicholson (MBChB (Otago), DCH, FRACP)
Ross Nicholson completed paediatric training at the Princess Margaret Hospital for Children in Perth, Western Australia and at the Freeman Hospital in Newcastle Upon Tyne. He works full time at Middlemore Hospital as a Consultant Paediatrician and part time for KIDSHEARTZ based at the Auckland Heart Group. Areas of interest include congenital and rheumatic heart disease and hypertension in children.
